What is the Members Rewards Program?

SpiBoy rewards are our way of showing our appreciation to our loyalist customers. You earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

How do I join the Rewards Program?

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. You can sign up for an account by clicking here.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, likes with comments and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points view the SpiBoy Rewards Program page.

How do I view my balance?

Your points balance is shown in the Rewards page of your account, and also in your cart if you are logged in. Login and click on the Member account section. Then select the tab Reward points under the Rewards page of your account page. Here you’ll see all your reward options. 

How do I redeem my points?

Rewards are sent to members by email, and can be redeemed at checkout. Enter your reward code in the field labeled Discount code. Complete all necessary fields and continue checkout. 

Can I use my points during checkout?

Yes, you can redeem your member rewards points in the checkout directly.

Is there a limit to how many points I can collect?

No, there is no limit to how many points you can earn; however, only one voucher can be used per order.

Please note: if you receive the error message "The maximum number of use is achieved for this coupon," this means the reward has already been redeemed. Rewards are single-use offers and may only be used once.

Why is my Reward Code showing as invalid?

If you receive an error message stating your reward is invalid, please ensure you have accurately entering the code. For example "O" & "0". 

Please note: ensure you have entered the reward code within the Discount code field section in checkout, not as a Gift Card.

What if my transaction fails will I loose my Reward points?

If for any reason the checkout fails, your unused reward remain yours to use.

Please note: if your transaction fails for any reason, your points are credited back to your account after 15min.
