            SpiBoy.com makes it easy for customers across the globe to shop online. We offer simple, worry-free domestic and International shipping services, time-specific delivery options and full tracking. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and delivered to your doorstep. We do not ship to U.S. or International P.O. boxes. 

            Expedited shipping services are available for an additional charge. Expedited orders are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed by the next business day. Orders placed after Friday 3:00 PM CST will be shipped the following Monday. Please allow 1-3 days for processing your order, excluding weekends and holidays, (high quantity demand may cause a slight processing delay).

            Once you've placed an order we will let you know if there are any delays in the shipping option, or if the product sold out and when it's expected to be restocked. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been shipped.

            RETURNS JUST GOT EASIER

            We are pleased to offer return shipping for U.S. domestic orders. Currently we are unable to provide return labels for International orders. If eligible, you may return your purchase, as long as the product is still in brand-new condition with all packaging and tags. Follow all steps in the 'Return Policy Procedure' to properly request return approval.
