Return Policy & Procedure

We provide simple returns for U.S. domestic orders through (USPS). Currently we are unable to provide return labels for International orders. If eligible, you may return your purchase, as long as the product is still in brand-new condition with all packaging and tags. Follow all steps in the 'Return Policy Procedure' to properly request return approval.


How to Return an Item

Locate your invoice for the purchase in your email and review your order history. Select the item(s) that you would like to return. The products must be submitted online for return request. Contact us at to make a return request, and in your email state the reason for the return. Include in your message your full name, the order number, date purchased, name of item, the price, the quantity of item(s), and a copy of your invoice in your email. Upon receiving a response email from with a return request approval, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

Requirements for Exchanges or Returns

We gladly accept items received within 14 days from delivery and will provide you with store credit. Our policy lasts 14 days, if it exceeds 14 days from your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept the return.

All products must be received in ‘new’ (never worn or washed condition). Clean without sent or odors, stains or markings. In the original packaging and tags attached.

All items received are inspected and must meet our standards of acceptability as outlined above. Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 10 days for your exchange or return to be processed. Once your return has been processed, we apply the refund to your store credit for the full amount paid for the products, but not the paid shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Domestic exchanges are shipped via ground free of charge. 

Please note: If the time to return that item has expired, or the item was bought at a high discount then it is not eligible for a return. Sale category item(s) are final sale and non-refundable. Vouchers, codes, and eGift cards purchased on are nonrefundable and purchases made with them are valid for exchanges only. 


Important Notes About Returning SpiBoy Products

Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape. When you buy items from us, you can appreciate that they always arrive in brand new condition. We must require that all returned merchandise that you purchase and try on is worn over your own clean underwear. All returned underwear and other items with a crotch are closely examined and tested. We never return worn items back to our inventory. If an item doesn't pass inspection, we cannot accept the return.

We strongly request that you do not wear cologne or deodorant when trying on your purchases. These products can leave marks or odors, which will make the item non-returnable. is committed to selling only quality, unworn, pristine products. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

Because we approve your return request, does not mean that we will refund the payment. A return request approval means that we will accept the product(s) in question to be sent to us. Ultimately, the return will be accepted or refused after we have inspected the merchandise.


Additional Important Notes

Late Returns 

If more than 14 days have passed since your package was shipped to you, yet you have not applied for a return, unfortunately we can’t accept the return. Additionally, if you applied for a return request and your request was approved, then you have 14 days from the date of approval to get the return to us. Failure to ship your return to us within 14 days of the return’s approval will cause the return to be refused. We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return after the return’s expiration date has passed. If a late return is accepted, then a $15 or 20% restocking fee, (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refundable store credit. 

Excessive Returns

Excessive overuses of returns are determined by staff and will not be accepted. If we determine that our liberal return policy is being misused or taken advantage of, we will no longer accept your returns and your ability to use the service will be suspended.

Final Sale Items

Items that are purchased through multi-pack discounts or buy items to get an item free or similar promotions are not eligible for refund. Sale items 20% or more off than the regular price or similar offers on partnering websites, resulting in purchases, are not eligible for a refund. All items are made to order and are custom-fit or reworked products and all sales are final in these cases.
