Measure from the center of your waist, through the legs, up to the back of the waist.
Leg +
Measure the circumference of your upper thigh with a tape or string near the crotch.
Thigh +
Measure the fullest point of your leg above the knee with a tape or string.
Pouch +
Measure your groin from side to side at the widest point with a tape or string.
