Measure your waist two inches below the navel using a flexible tape or string.
Hip / Seat +
Wrap a tape or string around the fullest part of your seat and back to the front.
Total Rise +
Measure from the center of your waist, through the legs, up to the back of the waist.
Thigh Girth +
Measure the fullest point of your leg above the knee with a tape or string.
Pouch Width +
Use a tape or string to measure horizontally across the front of the groin, from the crease of one inner thigh to the crease of the other.
Pouch Depth +
Measure the circumference from the base of the groin to the top of the pelvic bone using a flexible tape or string.
Pouch Volume +
Choose a pouch size—from Size A (8-ball) and Size B (tennis ball) to Size C (pickleball), Size D (softball), Size E (grapefruit), or Size F (small melon)—to define your actual pouch occupancy and ensure total comfort without compression.
