SHIPPING & TRANSIT PROTOCOL
SHIPPING & TRANSIT PROTOCOL
At the SpiBoy Atelier, we view the movement of our silhouettes as a critical extension of the design process. Our transit protocols are engineered to ensure that the Structural Integrity and Sanitary Purity of your garment remain uncompromised from the moment it leaves our laboratory until it is integrated into your anatomical profile.
1. THE ATELIER SEAL (Sanitary Integrity)
Each piece—specifically within the Monolith and Kinetic series—is vacuum-stabilized in an anti-static transit sleeve.
- The Integrity Seal: Each sleeve is secured with a tamper-evident Atelier Seal.
- Protocol: Breaking this seal signifies the transition from "Laboratory Asset" to "Inhabited Garment." Due to strict hygiene standards, once the seal is breached, the piece is no longer eligible for re-entry into the Atelier.
2. DISCREET DEPLOYMENT (Packaging)
We prioritize the security of your acquisition. Your silhouette is dispatched in Discreet Outer Shielding—durable, unbranded, and weather-resistant packaging that provides no indication of the contents within. The internal presentation is reserved exclusively for the inhabitant.
3. TRANSIT DYNAMICS
- Dispatch Window: Commissions are sanctioned for transit within 24–48 hours of final calibration (excluding Atelier holidays).
- Tracking Sovereignty: Upon departure, a Digital Transit Key is dispatched to your encrypted address, allowing you to monitor the garment’s cadence in real-time.
- Controlled Hand-off: We utilize priority logistics to minimize the time a garment spends in uncontrolled environments. For high-volume commissions or Archive pieces, a signature may be required to finalize the transfer.
4. TRANSIT LIABILITIES
- Final Destination: While the Atelier monitors all transit, we are not responsible for loss or external compromise once a package is logged as "Delivered" by the carrier.
- Technical Support: If a shipment arrives with signs of external trauma, contact the Concierge at concierge@spiboy.com within 24 hours to initiate a logistics review.
5. GLOBAL DEPLOYMENT
- Customs & Governance: For inhabitants outside of our primary jurisdiction, all local import protocols, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These factors are governed by local authorities and remain outside the Atelier’s sphere of influence.
Atelier Note: High-modulus technical fibers may experience "Transit Compression." Upon arrival, we recommend allowing the garment to acclimate in a neutral-humidity environment for 15 minutes to allow the architecture to regain its engineered tension.
