TERMS OF USE & ACQUISITION

These Terms of Use and Acquisition govern your presence on SpiBoy.com and the sanctioning of all commissions from our laboratory. By visiting, browsing, or entering into an acquisition, you agree to be bound by this renewing contract.

1. ACCEPTANCE & ELIGIBILITY

  • Age Certification: All visitors and inhabitants represent and certify that they are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
  • Contractual Consent: Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must terminate your session immediately.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DATA SOVEREIGNTY

  • Copyrights: All content—including digital downloads, anatomical silhouettes, architectural sketches, and "SpiBoy" branding—is the property of SpiBoy.com. Willful infringement may result in criminal penalties, including up to 5 years imprisonment and fines of $250,000 per violation.
  • Trademarks: SpiBoy.com and associated trade terms are trademarks of SpiBoy Bodywear, LLC. Unauthorized use in connection with any external product or service is strictly prohibited.
  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Atelier. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or create derivative works from our artwork without express written permission.

3. TERMS OF ACQUISITION (PURCHASING)

  • Sanctioning Orders: A valid form of payment must accompany all orders. You have sole responsibility for verifying order accuracy—including anatomical measurements and pricing—prior to submission.
  • Anatomical Accuracy: The inhabitant is responsible for the precision of the profile data provided to the Atelier. Order placement confirms financial responsibility for the selected silhouette.
  • Acquisition Keys (Gift Cards): All digital keys are final acquisitions and non-refundable. They remain standing credits within the Atelier and do not expire.

4. SHIPPING & TRANSIT PROTOCOL

  • Responsibility: SpiBoy.com is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from the mailing service.
  • Costs: Inhabitants are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. This includes charges for shipments that are refused or returned for any reason.

5. FIT & INTEGRITY (RETURN POLICY)

  • Hygiene Standards: Due to the intimate nature of bespoke bodywear, physical returns are not accepted once delivered.
  • Calibration: Full-price acquisitions are eligible for a one-time size correction, subject to our Proof Protocol and Status Retirement of the original garment.
  • Final Sale: All acquisitions from The Archive are final and ineligible for correction or return.

6. LEGAL RECOURSE & GOVERNANCE

  • Jurisdiction: You and SpiBoy.com agree that the laws of the State of Minnesota and Hennepin County shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
  • Attorney's Fees: The non-prevailing party in any legal dispute shall pay all attorney's fees and court costs.
  • Severability: If any provision is deemed void by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
