THE FIT & INTEGRITY GUARANTEE

At the SpiBoy Atelier, we engineer silhouettes for anatomical perfection. Due to the intimate nature of our commissions and uncompromising hygiene standards, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges once a garment has been delivered to your private collection. 

To ensure the precision of your silhouette, the Atelier operates under the following Restorative Protocols:

1. THE SIZE CALIBRATION (Full-Price Acquisitions)

For all standard series items, a One-Time Complimentary Size Correction is provided to ensure your garment aligns with your anatomical profile. 

  • The Resolution: A replacement silhouette in your corrected size will be dispatched at no additional cost. 
  • The Protocol: To trigger a calibration, you must provide proof of the original garment’s Status Retirement (e.g., clear photography of the internal care tag removed). 
  • Limitation: This is a one-time privilege per inhabitant. 

2. THE ARCHIVE & BUNDLES (Final Sale)

Items acquired from The Archive, Style Sets, or Multi-Piece Bundles represent the final chapter of a design series and are considered Final Acquisitions. 

  • Ineligibility: These items are not eligible for size corrections, re-sizing, or returns. 
  • Rationale: Due to the status of these pieces, inventory is not held for exchanges. We require measurement verification via the Bespoke Concierge before acquisition. 

3. WORK GUARANTEE: INTEGRITY ASSESSMENT

Regardless of status, every piece is backed by our Structural Integrity Guarantee.

  • Defect Exemption: If an item arrives with a manufacturing irregularity (e.g., seam damage), it is eligible for technical review.
  • Proof Protocol: Within 14 days, you must submit a Digital Proof of Compromise (high-definition photography) along with your Provenance Card identifying the Batch and Inspector.
  • Resolution: If a replacement is unavailable, an Acquisition Key (Store Credit) for the original value will be issued.

4. ACQUISITION KEY (E-GIFT CARD) POLICY

  • Non-Refundable: Once a digital key is generated and delivered to your encrypted email, it is final and non-exchangeable for physical currency.
  • Standing Credit: These keys do not expire and remain a standing credit until sanctioned for a future series.
  • Tier Progression: The value of key-based acquisitions contributes to your Lifetime Spend, accelerating your status toward Vanguard or Collector.

5. PATRONAGE CONDUCT & DISCRETION

Our protocols are built on a foundation of mutual trust. The Atelier monitors all requests for calibration and integrity reviews.

  • The Discretionary Clause: Should the Atelier determine that these protocols are being misused or leveraged outside of their restorative purpose, we reserve the right to revoke Vanguard status or permanently terminate your ability to commission new silhouettes.
