Measure from your groin down the inside leg to the floor with a tape or string.

Use a tape or string to measure horizontally across the front of the groin, from the crease of one inner thigh to the crease of the other.

Measure the circumference from the base of the groin to the top of the pelvic bone using a flexible tape or string.
